1. Responsible in updating employees and workers-related information in internal HR system (i.e. New Hires, Leavers, Transfers).
2. Maintain and update staff personnel files (soft and physical copies) and personal particulars.
3. Process employees' and workers' monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
4. Prepare HR-related letter such as Letter of Confirmation, Certificate of Employment for employees.
5. Process work pass application, issuance, renewal and cancellation (i.e. EP/SP/DP/WP).
6. Liaise and work closely with Branch Office HR on the recruitment and selection for engineers' level and above.
7. Responsible in the coordination with agencies on the hiring of foreign workers if required.
8. Review HR policies, processes and ensure compliance to statutory requirements with Branch Office.
9. Conduct performance evaluation/appraisals, monitoring and scheduling.
10. Handles disciplinary issues and execution e.g. inquiry, warning letter.
11. Monthly/Quarterly preparation of reports
12. Handle employees' queries relating to payroll, leave entitlements, etc.
13. Responsible in updating insurance company relating to Group Outpatient and H&S matters.
14. Perform exit procedure for cessation of employment e.g. Exit Interview, Tax Clearance.
15. Assist in expatriates employment, relocation and tax matters.
16. Training and development management.
17. Perform any other duties as assigned by Reporting Supervisor/Branch Office.
