Your Role

As a Project Manager, you are expected to lead end-to-end customer and internal engagements within your area of expertise. As such, you are recognized and appreciated by both customers and internal teams for your contributions.

Your Responsibilities

• Involves in engagements with a variety of customers and industries for SAP implementations.
• Responsible for delivering projects while meeting internal financial and operational targets, as well as contractual requirements.
• Delivers projects on time, within budget, and with high quality by actively managing scope and requirements.
• Conducts cost-benefit analyses and develops business plans.
• Evaluates and addresses changes in the external and internal business environment for their impact on project scope.
• Assesses consolidated project plans for dependencies, gaps, and continued business value.
• Estimates budgetary needs based on project scope and anticipates future budget challenges.
• Plans and manages project compliance requirements, changes, issues and risks, closures and backlog.
• Conducts project reviews and recommends changes to project schedules, costs, or resource requirements.
• Facilitates discussions, problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Manages project budgets, work allocations, manpower, and team resourcing needs.

About you

Your Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications

• Preferably a tertiary qualification in any discipline. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accountancy, or Business Administration will be advantageous.
• Certification in any SAP business or functional modules is preferred.
• Ideally, you possess complementary technical knowledge and/or are familiar with SAP and other IT technologies such as web services and web front-end technologies (JavaScript, .NET), interfaces and integrations, and database technologies (Oracle, MS SQL). Additional infrastructure experience (operating systems, virtualization, and load balancing) is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, synthesis, systems thinking, and solutioning skills.
• Project management skills.

Your Experience

• Experience in government projects is highly advantageous.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA, specializing in one or more SAP modules, is highly advantageous.
• Prior experience in all facets of project management, including scope management (including change requests), risk management, stakeholder management, and project communications.
• Strong integration experience working with other SAP modules.
• Experience across different industries in Singapore.
• Experience in at least two full-cycle, end-to-end implementations.
• Strong business knowledge and the ability to interact effectively with business users.
• Effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Independent, with strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Relevant professional or technical qualifications are a plus, although not mandatory.
