Job Description

• Own technical delivery for customer projects from evaluation through production
• Act as the primary technical interface between the companyand customer engineering teams
• Support both pre-sales evaluations and post-sales production ramp
• Provide consulting on test methodology, hardware configuration, and software feature selection
• Develop and deliver test libraries and test programs based on customer requirements
• Optimize test performance with focus on yield, test time, and correlation
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues such as:Yield discrepanciesCorrelation mismatchesTest time and performance deviations
• Support high-volume manufacturing environments under tight timelines
• Deliver application and platform training to customer engineering teams
• Enable customers to maximize the value of test systems
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships
• Capture competitive and market intelligence to support continuous improvement and platform differentiation

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in the IC testing / ATE / semiconductor industry
• Strong understanding of digital and/or mixed-signal test methodologies
• Hands-on experience with test program development and test floor support
• Familiarity with Java, C++, or scripting languages
• Experience with V93K software and debugging tools is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Confident communicator who can engage directly with customers
• Self-driven, customer-focused, and results-oriented
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer support and project needs
