Role Overview

• We are seeking a strong Full-Stack Application Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing end-to-end applications across front-end, back-end, and cloud environments.
• This role requires solid software engineering fundamentals, modern web development expertise, and growing exposure to AI-enabled systems such as Python-based services, data pipelines, and Large Language Model (LLM) integrations.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust digital solutions that are user-centric, scalable, and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications across front-end, back-end, and cloud infrastructure layers
• Build responsive, intuitive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Develop scalable and secure RESTful APIs and backend services
• Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases
• Implement authentication, authorization, and data security best practices
• Integrate AI-enabled capabilities including Python-based services, data pipelines, and LLM APIs where relevant
• Participate in system architecture design and technical decision-making
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and CI/CD best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with performance and reliability in mind
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and DevOps engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions

Core Technical Skills
Front-End:

• JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3,
• React / Angular / Vue
• Responsive and component-based UI development
• State management and API integration

Back-End:

• Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
• At least one additional backend language (Node.js, Java, or C# preferred)
• REST API design and microservices architecture
• Authentication protocols (JWT, OAuth 2.0)

Databases

• SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL)
• NoSQL (MongoDB / Redis)
• Data modeling, indexing, and query optimization
• Cloud & DevOps (Preferred)
• Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
• Containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines
• Version control (Git)

AI / Data (Preferred but advantageous)

• Experience building Python-based data services
• Familiarity with data pipelines and ETL processes
• Exposure to LLM integrations (e.g., prompt engineering, API-based model usage)

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant full-stack development experience
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and system design
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
• Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
