What You'll Do

• Define and drive testing strategy including shift-left, risk-based and BDD/TDD approaches
• Establish testing standards, governance, release gates and quality metrics
• Lead automation across UI, API, regression and CI/CD pipelines
• Oversee performance, resilience and security testing with engineering teams
• Provide release readiness reporting, risk assessments and executive dashboards
• Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary testing team
• Drive continuous improvement through defect analysis and tooling enhancements

What Will Make You Shine

• Strong skills in test strategy and governance frameworks
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript or Python for automation
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress or Playwright and API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured
• Strong SQL skills with MySQL or PostgreSQL for backend validation and test data preparation
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines such as Git or Jenkins
• Solid understanding of Agile, DevOps, and shift-left engineering practices.
• Working knowledge of performance and security testing tools
• Experience working in cloud-based environments (preferably AWS) and Kubernetes

Nice to Have

• Exposure to regulated or compliance-driven environments
• Experience building centralized or shared QA services
