Job Duties:

• Manage full cycle of recruitment process individually and as a team
• Coach Recruitment Consultants in achieving sales targets and following company directions
• Establish new business relations with client and continuous relationship management with existing accounts
• Cohesively working with company management closely to identify market opportunities and insights for discussion
• Oversee day-to-day operations compliance with company SOP
• Improve on current process and implementing new systems and procedures
• Performance management of recruiters under your assigned team
• Ad hoc duties as per assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field
• At least 5 years of relevant recruitment experience required
• Prior experience in managing a high performing team
• Highly driven to achieve individual and team targets
• Proven track records
