Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Engineers, Project Managers, and Customers to achieve project goals.
Drive efficiency through the creation, tracking, and management of reusable components.
Anticipate business needs and develop scalable, efficient solutions.
Lead the design, development, testing, and debugging of software systems.
Identify technical risks and challenges and propose effective solutions.
Review code and architectural designs to ensure quality standards.
Establish and enforce best practices in software design and development.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.
Strong experience in full-stack development with solid Software Engineering knowledge.
At least 2 years of hands-on Agile development experience.
Completed at least one full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from design to testing.
Experience in DevSecOps or CI/CD implementation for build and release automation.
Strong programming proficiency in at least one of the following: Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, or C++.
Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Node.js, React, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, Express.js, FastAPI.
Experience designing and maintaining scalable SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MSSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
Strong communication, presentation and documentation skills.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Resourceful, independent, responsive and detail-oriented.
Good time management skills.
