Role Summary:

You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities to attract, assess and hire talent for semiconductor fabrication company. You will be required to work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to fill the manpower needs and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes in competitive and technical talent market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle of recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions within the semiconductor industry.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skill gaps, hiring timelines, and workforce planning needs.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and industry-specific platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and panel interviews with hiring teams.
• Support hiring for highly specialized roles such as process engineers, equipment engineers, yield engineers, test engineers, and related semiconductor functions.
• Coordinate and manage offer processes, including compensation alignment, offer letter preparation, and candidate negotiations.
• Liaise with HR operations, onboarding, and operations teams to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate data, and hiring reports.
• Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, career fairs, and industry recruitment events.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies, labor laws, and industry standards.
• Monitor hiring metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience) and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay informed of semiconductor industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor hiring activities

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, or high-tech industry.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor roles, manufacturing environments, and technical skill requirements.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet hiring deadlines.
