We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ResourceHunter to identify andrecruit talent for specialized or senior-level positions. The role requires building relationships and presentingopportunities to high-caliber candidates to secure top-tier talent forresourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted research to identify and map out potential candidates within Banking and Financial Services.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future needs
- Initiate contact with and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, career goals, and interest in available opportunities.
- Manage client relationships by collaborating with hiring managers to define position requirements and provide updates on search progress.
- Present a shortlist of qualified candidates to clients, providing detailed profiles and assessments for each.
- Facilitate the interview process between the client and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both parties.
- Mediate negotiations between the client and the selected candidate, including compensation, benefits, and employment terms.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of candidates and client interactions to support ongoing and future search assignments.
- Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with relevant insights and strategic advice.
- Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
3-10 years of experience in human resource, sales, business development, talent sourcing, recruitment, resource management or client-facing roles (internships or entry-level acceptable).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Desired/Preferred:
- Experience in staff augmentation or professional services sales.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
