Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Functional Testing Team Manager / QA Lead to manage an in-development Functional Testing team and oversee end-to-end testing delivery across enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities

Test Leadership & Delivery

• Manage the in-development Functional Testing Team, ensuring high-quality test execution and delivery outcomes.
• Perform test effort estimations and provide accurate inputs to the Project Manager for planning and resourcing.
• Manage end-to-end testing delivery into the SIT environment, ensuring readiness and execution discipline.

Test Planning & Governance

• Prepare and maintain key QA deliverables including:

• Review and validate test scenarios, test cases, and coverage, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
