Job Summary
Lead and manage comprehensive human resource functions to drive organizational capability, talent development, and operational excellence within a growing engineering and construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute manpower planning and staffing strategies to align workforce capabilities with organizational goals
- Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain talent while supporting business objectives
- Develop and enhance organizational capability by identifying required competencies and ways of working to meet evolving business needs
- Conduct HR scenario planning based on external factors such as labor market trends and demographic shifts to inform strategic workforce decisions
- Implement and manage an annual performance appraisal system to evaluate employee performance and facilitate regular salary reviews
- Establish and oversee the Training and Leadership Program (TLP) annually, ensuring effective implementation and alignment with development goals
- Manage dormitory operations by coordinating daily logistics and maintaining living conditions to support employee welfare
- Update and maintain the employee handbook, documenting all HR policies and procedural changes to ensure compliance and clarity
- Oversee administrative support functions including submissions, renewals, claims, and surveys to maintain organizational efficiency
- Update and monitor the Company Business Balance Scorecard to track and report on assigned performance metrics
