Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with senior stakeholders to align HR strategies with business objectives
• Provide strategic HR advisory on talent management, succession planning, organisational design, and workforce planning
• Support leaders in driving performance management, employee engagement, and leadership capability
• Lead change management initiatives and support business transformation projects
• Analyse people data and workforce trends to provide insights and recommendations to management
• Coach and guide managers on employee relations matters, performance issues, and people development
• Drive talent initiatives including high-potential programs, retention strategies, and career development frameworks
• Ensure HR practices comply with local employment legislation and internal governance standards
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence (e.g. Talent, L&D, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver integrated HR solutions
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure in HR Business Partnering
• Proven experience supporting senior leadership in a strategic HR capacity
• Strong understanding of Singapore employment legislation
• Demonstrated ability in organisational development, talent management, and change management
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into HR strategies
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Analytical mindset with experience leveraging HR metrics and insights
• Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
