The Role:
This is a hands-on technical role based primarily in the application laboratory. You will be the technical expert who "proves the concept" for clients - running tests to demonstrate how the company's adhesives and curing equipment can solve specific manufacturing challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lab Project Management: Lead application testing projects, running experiments to validate product performance on customer parts (e.g., bonding, coating, sealing).
• Technical Analysis: Evaluate test results, identify failure modes, and develop new testing methods where gaps exist.
• Customer Support: Translate lab data into clear technical recommendations for customers and internal sales teams. Occasionally support on-site troubleshooting or technical seminars.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure lab equipment (dispensing robots, UV curing systems) is calibrated and maintained to safety standards.
• Reporting: Document all test activities accurately in the CRM system and prepare professional presentations (PPT/Excel) to showcase results to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a Laboratory, R&D, or Technical Service environment.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with laboratory testing protocols. Familiarity with adhesives, UV curing, or dispensing systems is a huge plus (but training is provided).
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, structured, and safety-conscious. You must be comfortable working with chemicals and industrial equipment.
