Role Overview

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our application meets quality standards before release. This is an excellent "foot-in-the-door" opportunity for a fresh graduate or early-career professional looking to build a foundation in Software Quality Assurance (QA).

Key Responsibilities

• Test Execution: Perform manual functional, integration, and regression testing according to the project schedule.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software bugs using tools like Jira. Provide clear, step-by-step instructions for developers to reproduce the issues.
• UAT Support: Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test data and helping business users navigate the system.
• Documentation: Maintain and update test cases, test logs, and "Result Evidence" for audit and project closure purposes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the development team and project managers to ensure defects are resolved in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
• Skills:
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  
  Strong attention to detail (you don't mind repetitive tasks if it means finding a hidden bug).
• Mindset: A logical thinker who enjoys problem-solving and is eager to learn how professional software is built and tested.
