Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to create comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Salesforce applications
- Test Salesforce configurations, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and integrations
- Execute manual and automated test cases and document results
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers and admins to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes
- Validate data integrity during data loads, migrations, and integrations
- Support release planning and participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and quality standards
- Continuously improve QA processes, test coverage, and automation frameworks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of QA or testing experience, with hands-on Salesforce testing experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud or Experience Cloud
- Hands on experience with Playwright, Selenium
- Experience testing Salesforce customizations (Apex, Lightning, Flows, Visualforce)
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail)
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce QA/Tester certification
- Experience with Salesforce automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, Copado, AccelQ, TestNG)
- Experience testing Salesforce integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Basic understanding of Apex and SOQL
- Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment processes
