Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end system architecture and ensure detailed designs and implementations align with the Customer's Enterprise Architecture and technology standards.
Translate complex business and non-functional requirements (including resiliency, scalability, security, and integration needs) into clear, actionable technical and architectural specifications.
Design, document, and govern architecture blueprints across business, application, data, and ICT domains using appropriate architectural frameworks and models.
Propose, evaluate, and recommend products, platforms, and solutions aligned with the Agency's Enterprise Architecture, cloud strategy, SG Tech Stack, and legacy modernization initiatives.
Lead solution design for enterprise and cloud-based systems, including Salesforce platforms and third-party / cross-platform integrations.
Review system designs, source code, and technical solutions throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure quality, performance, security, and compliance with standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and vendors to break down complex business requirements into detailed technical designs and implementation plans.
