- Lead end-to-end SAP transformation and cloud migration programs, including at least 3 full-cycle SAP cloud migrations.
- Define and execute SAP HANA Cloud integration and migration strategies aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Manage SAP landscape transformation across ECC, SAP Business Suite on HANA, and HANA Database environments.
- Oversee SAP system architecture design, infrastructure migration, and hyperscaler transition initiatives.
- Drive SAP deployments on Microsoft Azure and lead transitions to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Lead cross-functional teams including SAP Basis, functional consultants, cloud engineers, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure robust data migration strategy, validation, and post-migration stabilization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GxP, PDPA) within healthcare/life sciences environments.
- Provide governance oversight for SAP modules including GRC, MDG, BTP, PO, and SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ).
- Oversee integration across key functional areas: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), EWM, HR, and Back Office operations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to security, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Engage executive stakeholders and provide regular reporting on transformation progress and KPIs.
- Drive change management and business adoption strategies during cloud transformation initiatives.
- Maintain certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile preferred) and leverage cloud certifications (Azure/GCP) to support best practices.
