- Employee Relations: Acting as the first point of contact for staff grievances, disciplinary issues, and general inquiries regarding company policy or workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Facilitating the annual appraisal process, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and assisting managers with performance improvement plans.
- Training & Development: Identifying skill gaps and coordinating internal or external training sessions to promote continuous learning.
Key Skills Required
- Discretion: Handling sensitive personal data and confidential salary information with high integrity.
- Legislation Knowledge: Staying updated on evolving Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and work pass requirements.
- HRIS Proficiency: Navigating Human Resource Information Systems like Workday or SuccessFactors for data tracking.
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence for conflict resolution and effective cross-departmental communication
