About the role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to support our hiring needs. Your main responsibility will be to post job advertisements and conduct phone screenings for applicants who meet the minimum requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and post job ads on various platforms (e.g. FastJobs, Indeed, Telegram, etc.)
• Review applications and shortlist candidates based on basic criteria
• Make phone calls to qualified applicants to verify details and assess fit
• Coordinate interview appointments with shortlisted candidates
• Maintain simple records of applicant progress

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Friendly and confident phone manner
• Self-motivated and organised
• Prior experience in recruitment or admin work preferred, but not required
• Able to work independently and manage your time well without supervision
