Responsibilities :

• TechnicalLeadership: Provide expert guidance and technical leadership in AEM developmentprojects.

• Architectureand Design: Collaborate with architects and other team members to design AEMsolutions that align with best practices, client requirements, and AWS cloudarchitecture.

• Development:Develop AEM components, templates, workflows, content fragments, and experiencefragments to enhance website functionality and user experience.

• Integration:Integrate AEM with various third-party systems and APIs, utilising AWS servicesfor seamless data exchange and CDN for content delivery optimisation.

• PerformanceOptimisation: Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimise AEMapplications for speed and scalability, leveraging AWS cloud resources.

• InfrastructureAutomation: Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions,automating deployment and scaling processes using AWS CloudFormation or similartools.

• Migration:Involve in POCs and implementation of Migration AEM to Cloud

• ContentDelivery Network (CDN): Configure and optimize CDN services to improve websiteload times and content delivery efficiency.

• QualityAssurance: Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and ensure the overallquality of AEM solutions and associated infrastructure.

• Documentation:Create and maintain technical documentation for AEM projects, architecturediagrams, infrastructure setups, and code documentation.

• Mentorship:Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on AEM best practices, AWS, CDN,and infrastructure automation standards.

• ProblemSolving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during thedevelopment process, utilising AWS tools and services.

• StayCurrent: Stay up-to-date with the latest AEM trends, AWS services, CDNtechnologies, and infrastructure automation tools. Recommend improvements toexisting processes.

Qualifications:

Technical AEM

• Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field(Master's preferred).

• Minimum of10 years of experience in AEM development, with strong proficiency in AdobeExperience Manager (AEM) and related technologies.

• Expertisein Java, JSP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experiencewith AEM component development, templates, workflows, content fragments andexperience fragments.

• Solidunderstanding of AEM building blocks, including Sites, Assets, and Forms.

• Experiencewith AEM integrations, including third-party APIs and systems.

• Requiredto have experience in working with AEM version 6.5 or above.

• Experiencein working with AEM migration projects.

• Experiencein working with AEM as a Cloud Service or migration from On-Prem/Adobe managedservice to Cloud Service.

• Adobecertified developer or architect is preferred.

• Experienceworking with relevant Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions such as Adobe AEM,Target, Analytics or other web related products Technical Other

Technical Others

• Strong AWScloud skills, including AWS certification.

• Proficiencyin infrastructure automation and IaC tools such as AWS CloudFormation,Terraform, or Ansible.

• Experiencein other web technologies like Search, XML, XSL, Google Analytics, GTM, etc.

• Familiaritywith CDN setup and optimisation.

• Experiencein SpringBoot is added advantage
