Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports.
- Serve as a key point of contact between candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Fluent in Japanese (verbal and written) - Preferred for communicating with stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
