Job Description

BUTLER is seeking a driven and capable HR Intern to support our Human Resources and recruitment operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to real HR work, modern recruitment practices, and the use of cutting-edge technologies to improve everyday productivity.

The internship is structured with a clear pathway to permanent employment for high-performing candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms and channels
• Manage and maintain an organised repository of job applicants
• Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling
• Conduct or assist in interviews and candidate communications
• Support onboarding processes and documentation
• Assist in HR operations, recruitment tracking, and administrative tasks
• Learn and apply modern HR tools and digital productivity solutions

Requirements

• Creative, resourceful, and efficient
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organisational and time management abilities
• Comfortable with digital tools and technology
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Diploma, Undergraduate, or Fresh Graduate candidates are welcome

Internship Structure & Conversion

• 3 months internship, followed by
• 3 months probation
• Successful candidates will be converted to permanent employment
