Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and develop a recruitment team, providing mentorship and performance oversight
- Co-develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with organisational hiring needs
- Ensure operational excellence across recruitment processes and compliance standards
- Monitor industry hiring trends and continuously improve recruitment strategies
- Analyse recruitment metrics and provide reports to senior management
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders including hiring managers, agencies and educational institutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in Healthcare industry with proven experience leading recruitment teams
- Demonstrated experience managing high recruitment volumes in a structured environment
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and workforce planning
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to develop and execute strategic hiring initiatives
