About the Role

As an HR Executive for Asia Pacific excluding China (APEC), you will provide support and guidance on Labour Relations, Employee Relations, HR Compliance, and Governance across the region. You will also administer general administrative support plans and processes to respond to complex information requests, identify trends, and ensure the smooth running of business activities. This includes supporting administrative needs in line with business requirements, stakeholder expectations, and Group guidelines and policies.

What You'll Do
  • Administer general administrative support plans and processes for APEC HR, e.g. Business Travel, Expenses Claims.
  • Support coordination for Regional HR meetings and work with staff members to prepare for the meetings.
  • Prepare and maintain central database for continuous benchmarking based on the Human Rights audits and other related audits.
  • Monitor, follow up and report completion of audit action plans.
  • Provide support to Countries during the pre/post and actual audits.
  • Support facilitating focus group discussions to promote collaboration across the region.
  • Administer the Report and Case Management of each case in the system, from pre-assessment up to case closure including filing of documentary evidences of activities during investigation and implementation of corrective actions, if any.
  • Monitor, follow up and report progress of all open cases and implementation of corrective measures of closed cases.
  • Conduct pre-assessment to determine if an incident or report should be converted to a case in compliance with the Corporate Compliance and Global ER guidelines and labour laws.
  • Monitor, report and follow up compliance of all Countries on the timely follow up and closure of Conflict of Interest (COI) declarations with complete and accurate entries in the system and forms.
  • Provide guidance to Country HR on specific circumstances to review their initial assessment of the COI declaration and finalize mitigation measures if applicable.
  • Review samples and provide feedback and guidance to Countries on the completeness and accuracy of their COI entries in the system.


What You Bring
  • Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Basic working knowledge and understanding of HR functions, policies and processes.
  • Basic knowledge in problem solving, case analysis and project management.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and other related applications and tools.
  • Knowledgeable in Power BI preferred.
