• Lead core HR functions including HR operations, employee relations, compliance, workplace safety, and well-being initiatives
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters, conducting fair, objective investigations in accordance with company policies
• Provide strategic HR guidance to management on performance management, organizational changes, and regulatory compliance
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate maintenance of employee records and documentation
• Administer employee benefits, payroll inputs, and oversee effective use of HR systems and processes
• Support internal and external audits, identify potential HR legal risks, and advise management on mitigation strategies
• Ensure full compliance with Singapore employment laws, industry standards, and ethical labor practices, including RBA requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent, preferably with professional HR certification
• 5-8 years of relevant HR managerial experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous
• Strong understanding of local employment laws and ethical labor practices
• Familiarity with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards
• Exceptional communication, investigation, and problem-solving skills
