Human Resources- Must have 10+ years working experience in Banking domain especially in Trade finance and Supply Chain Management applications.
- Recent working experience in ALDON (tool) and DevOps CI-CD (tool) is mandatory withing banking projects.
- Local SG (banking projects) working experience is mandatory for at least 2 years or more.
- Banking Trade Finance and Supply Chain Management applications is a must.
- Should have working experience in DevOps (CICD, Jenkins), Control-M, Autosys, Splunk, Bitbucket within banking projects for 3+ years.
- Must have end-to-end release and deployment activities experience using ALDON Lifecycle Manager for mainframe applications.
- Should have experience in resolving deployment failures and ALDON related issues during project go-live.
- Capturing, analysing and eliciting business Requirements: Elaborating JIRA stories
- Must have Agile product development experience.
- Must have working experience in technical gathering requirement from business.
- Successful track record of managing Agile transformation program/projects Preferably using SAFe) - 3+ years Expert in using common agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and knowledge of DevOps processes and tools such as ALDON, Git, Jenkins etc.
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Write and maintain programmable code outlined in technical instructions and specifications for software applications and operating systems.
