SAP - L3 Mobile Experience Support Engineer

Role Overview:
Provide expert-level support for SAP mobile solutions, working directly with VVIPs, executives, and international stakeholders across American and European regions. The ideal candidate is highly autonomous, technically proficient, and able to deliver excellent customer service in high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
  • Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory due to direct support of VVIPs and international stakeholders.
  • Minimum 3 years of IT experience, including management of IT and mobile environments.
  • Comfortable supporting executives and confident in communicating complex technical issues clearly.
  • Able to work independently across different time zones:
    • Initial handholding provided for the first month
    • Full autonomy expected within 3-6 months
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and effective case prioritization.
  • Exhibit high interest in innovation and emerging mobile technologies.
  • Basic coding knowledge required; relevant certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
  • Able to handle challenging scenarios and follow defined processes; must clearly explain problem-solving approaches during interviews.
  • Interview will include practical, out-of-scope questions (e.g., home automation, personal tech use) to assess technical aptitude and creativity.
  • Must maintain a positive, approachable, and enthusiastic attitude at all times.


Education & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in mobile technology, SAP, or IT support are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated continuous learning mindset and familiarity with current and emerging mobile technologies.
