Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews
  • Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
  • Collaborate with HR and department teams to meet hiring needs
  • Participate in ad-hoc recruitment projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic HR software
  • Prior HR or recruitment experience is a plus but not required
