The Talent Acquisition Specialist would be the key conduit to identify the right talent by applying effective recruitment methodologies, and aligning hiring decisions with organizational goals. You will also be providing input into the overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met with a long-term talent strategy in mind.
This role requires a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you'll often be working closely with leaders across different departments in Singapore and Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Support:
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and campus channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
- Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Support campus recruitment and internship hiring initiatives
- Assist with recruitment events, career fairs and employer talks
Social Media & Employer Branding:
- Support content creation for LinkedIn and other social platforms (posts, captions, visuals)
- Help showcase employee stories, internship experiences and hiringcampaigns
- Track basic engagement metrics and content performance
- Assist in maintaining a consistent and professional employer brand tone
What you will learn
- Understanding corporate culture and industry trends in recruitment and consulting
- Gaining insights into the end to end recruitment lifecycle
- Hands-on experience in solving real world business challenges
- Developing your communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Hands-on experience and guided mentorship under experienced leaders
Who We Look For
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business / Social Sciences / Humanities
- No prior experience required as mentorship will be provided
- Comfortable engaging people and building rapport
- Self-initiated individuals who are eager to learn
- Proactive and confident communicator
- Good team player who is able to collaborate well to achieve a shared success
- Basic content platform knowledge for social media management
- Basic editing skills in software applications for marketing collaterals
