Work you'll do

As an Early Career Full Stack Software Developer, you will work alongside experienced engineers, architects, and consultants to design, build, and deliver modern digital applications. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or developers in the early stages of their career who want exposure to real client projects, modern tech stacks, and strong mentorship.

You will gain hands on experience across front end, back end, and cloud environments while developing a strong foundation in engineering best practices.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• \tDevelop and enhance web and application features across front-end and back-end components

• \tWrite clean, maintainable, and well-tested code under guidance from senior team members

• \tParticipate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

• \tCollaborate with Business Analysts and Designers to understand requirements and user journeys

• \tSupport testing, bug fixing, and deployment activities

• \tLearn and apply secure coding, performance, and quality best practices

• \tDocument technical designs and development work clearly

What you'll bring

• \t0-3 years of experience in software development (fresh polytechnic graduates are welcome)

• \tFoundational knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g. JavaScript, React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS)

• \tExposure to back-end development (e.g. Node.js, Java, Python, or similar)

• \tBasic understanding of REST APIs and databases (SQL or NoSQL)

• \tFamiliarity with Git or other version control systems

• \tInterest in cloud platforms, automation, or low-code technologies (training provided)

• \tWillingness to learn, ask questions, and take feedback positively

• \tStrong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

• \tDiploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields
