Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technology & Banking Recruiter to support high-volume hiring within the financial services and technology sectors. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment delivery, from active candidate sourcing through onboarding, in a fast-paced, call-intensive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Execute full recruitment lifecycle activities, including:
    • Candidate sourcing (job boards, databases, referrals, direct outreach)
    • Screening and shortlisting
    • Interview coordination
    • Offer management
    • Onboarding support
  • Manage recruitment workflows up to and including background and reference checks
  • Partner with internal stakeholders or clients to understand role requirements and hiring priorities

Candidate Engagement

  • Handle high-volume, back-to-back calls with candidates daily
  • Conduct phone screenings and initial assessments efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain consistent candidate communication throughout the hiring process

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant regulatory and internal requirements
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation
  • Support onboarding processes in line with banking and regulatory standards

Requirements

Mandatory

  • Valid CEI License (Singapore)
  • Prior experience recruiting within Technology and/or Banking / Financial Services domains
  • Proven ability to manage high call volumes in a recruitment or sales-driven environment

Preferred

  • Experience in agency recruitment or staffing firms
  • Familiarity with compliance-heavy hiring environments (e.g. banking, regulated industries)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles concurrently
