We're expanding and looking for a Recruitment Consultant who wants ownership, flexibility, and real impact.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

As an experienced consultant, you will manage end-to-end recruitment and desk performance:

Business Development & Client Management

• Build and grow your own client portfolio through business development, networking, and referrals
• Conduct client consultations to understand hiring needs and advise on market trends
• Manage the full sales cycle: pitching, negotiating, and closing recruitment solutions
• Build long-term partnerships with hiring managers and decision makers

End-to-End Recruitment (360 / Full Cycle)

• Manage the full recruitment process: job briefing → sourcing → screening → interviewing → offer negotiation → placement
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, cold outreach, and database/CRM
• Shortlist and match candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements
• Deliver a strong candidate experience and provide coaching through the hiring journey

Desk Ownership & Performance

• Own revenue targets, placements, and pipeline activity
• Improve conversion metrics across the funnel (shortlist → interview → offer → placement)

What We're Looking For (Requirements)

Must Have

• 3-5+ years of recruitment agency experience (360 / full-cycle preferred)
• Proven ability to hit targets and work in a performance-driven environment
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Self-starter mindset - comfortable working independently and taking ownership
• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities (high volume / niche / mix is welcome)

Good to Have (Advantage)

• Experience hiring blue-collar / non-PMET roles, especially in construction, manpower, engineering, logistics, facilities
• Existing client/candidate network in Singapore's blue-collar market
• Experience running your own desk / building a book of business

You will be measured on:

• Revenue / billings achieved (monthly/quarterly targets)
• Number of placements / closures
• Client acquisition + retention
• Candidate pipeline activity (calls, outreach, submissions, interviews)
• Conversion rates (submission → interview → offer → placement)
• CRM/ATS accuracy and follow-through
