Job Description :
• Lead, train, and mentor newly hired Recruitment Consultants to ensure team success
• Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing potential clients and market trends
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
• Drive client acquisition through networking, referrals, and cold calling
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and placing candidates
• Oversee and support the recruitment activities of junior team members
• Ensure high service standards and client satisfaction through consistent follow-up and candidate aftercare
• Meet individual and team targets to contribute to business growth

Requirements:
• CEI Certification as required by MOM
• At least 4 years above Recruitment Manager experience in Recruitment Agency
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and support junior recruiters
• Strong business development skills and a sales-driven mindset
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a strong team player
