As the HR Executive at Jokia Private Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's human resources functions. This role encompasses end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, payroll, government grant applications, and work pass administration. Full-time position based in the Tuas Bay Walk.
What you'll be doing
1. Administer Payroll
Administer monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness
Ensure compliance with CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations
Handle salary adjustments, overtime calculations, and statutory contributions
2. Work Pass Administration
Manage applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes
Ensure timely submission and compliance with MOM guidelines
3. HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS system
Support onboarding and offboarding processe
4. Compliance & Reporting
Prepare IR21, IR8A and other annual reports
5. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Liaise with recruitment agencies and platforms to attract top talent
6. Government Grants & Claims
Apply for and mornitor grants such as NS Claims,Maternity/Childcare Leave,and SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit
Liaise with government agencies for surveys and statutory submissions.
