Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Singapore employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare statutory submissions and reports for MOM, IRAS, CPF and other regulatory bodies.
- Apply for and administer relevant government grants and incentives.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with local labour laws and regulatory requirements, proactively implementing updates as required.
- Administer and maintain employee benefits, including medical and hospitalisation insurance and other entitlements.
- Support the CHRO in annual Remuneration Committee processes, including preparation and review of salary and bonus proposals.
Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Manage employee relations matters, including grievance handling and advisory on HR policies and procedures.
- Drive staff engagement initiatives and HR programmes to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Plan and coordinate HR activities and events to enhance overall employee experience.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and continuous process improvements across the Group.
Performance Management & Career Development
- Administer the annual performance appraisal cycle, including performance reviews, calibration exercises and documentation.
- Advise managers and employees on performance management policies and best practices.
- Support career development initiatives by aligning appraisal outcomes with training, promotion and succession planning.
- Undertake ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum 4-7 years of HR experience, with hands-on exposure to Singapore payroll.
- Solid understanding of Singapore employment regulations and statutory requirements.
- Recruitment experience across multiple role types.
- Able to work independently in a lean HR setup.
