Human ResourcesThe Admin & Finance manager is responsible for end-to-end financial processes, administration and payroll activities for the Singapore office of a MNC, with a specific focus on managing thedocumentation, cash flows, invoicing and tax obligations of a company,including the accounting registration of economic movements, the issuing and receiving of invoices, the calculation of VAT, the management of relationships with banks and suppliers and the preparation of accounting documents and the balance sheet. He/she also plays a critical role in overseeing accurate and timely administration of the organization's payroll for both direct and temporary employees, managing communication and data management with the third-party agency.

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, BusinessAdministration, or similar
- At least 5 years of experience as Finance Manager andat least 3 years as Supervisor
- Knowledge of HR Singapore standards and regulations
- Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accountingprinciples, laws and regulations
- Experienced knowledge of SAP
- Strong orientation towards continuous improvement andprocesses efficiency and accuracy
- Practical, action-oriented, teamwork attitude
- Strong ability to prioritize work and manage deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly withExcel and calculation sheets
