About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our APAC Integrated Talent Solutions (Talent Acquisition) team. In this role, you will support hiring across assigned business units bydelivering end-to-end recruitment execution aligned to regional and globalhiring priorities.

You will partner closely with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality, efficient, and consistent recruitment experience, while buildingstrong foundational recruiting capability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver a strong hiring manager and candidate experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business and role requirements, hiring timelines, and priorities
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process for assigned requisitions, from intake to offer
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure interview teams are prepared and aligned
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring clear communication and follow-through
  • Support a positive and professional candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Engage with Japanese speaking hiring managers and candidates as this role will manage Japan market. Hence proficiency in Japanese language is required

Effectively fill roles aligned with business needs
  • Screen and assess candidates against role requirements
  • Support sourcing efforts through direct sourcing, referrals, and coordination with sourcing partners
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines across appropriate channels
  • Leverage recruiting tools and systems to support hiring efficiency and quality
  • Support diversity and representation goals through inclusive recruiting practices

Support talent acquisition processes and collaboration
  • Partner with recruiting operations and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth hiring execution
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the ATS (Workday)
  • Follow established recruitment processes, policies, and compliance standards
  • Contribute feedback and insights to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an in-house or agency environment
  • Experience supporting hiring across one or more business functions
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities effectively
  • Well-organised, adaptable, and collaborative team player
  • Proficient in spoken and written Japanese language as the new hire will work with Japanese speaking hiring managers and candidates
