The Role
We are hiring a Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Delivery Partner to focus exclusively on the delivery of niche recruitment assignments.
This role is for a strategically minded recruiter, not a transactional operator. You will be expected to think in terms of markets, talent pools, candidate psychology, and long-term outcomes, rather than simply filling roles.
You will work closely with the founder/ceo, hiring managers, and senior candidates, acting as a trusted delivery and search partner throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment for niche, specialist, mid to senior-level roles
- Approach recruitment as a strategic search exercise, not a transactional process
- Conduct deep market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis
- Proactively hunt, engage, and convert passive candidates through outbound calls and direct sourcing
- Manage long recruitment cycles with structured, proactive candidate engagement
- Confidently handle tough, senior candidates with complex motivations and challenging questions
- Advise hiring managers using market intelligence, not just CV submissions
- Maintain exceptional standards of candidate care, communication, and credibility
- Operate autonomously in a remote-first, cloud-based environment
- Continuously refine delivery processes using data, insight, and technology

- Essential Experience
- Proven background in recruitment with a demonstrated record of successful placements
- Experience recruiting niche, specialist, or hard-to-fill roles
- Strong capability in search, headhunting, and talent mapping
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and longer hiring cycles
- Ability to move agilely between markets and role types
