Role Overview
As a Recruitment Consultant at Quess Singapore, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned clients. This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition, building relationships, and delivering an excellent candidate experience. You will work closely with senior consultants and managers to source, screen, and match top talent with client requirements.

Role Overview
As a Recruitment Consultant at Quess Singapore, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned clients. You will work closely with senior consultants and managers to source, screen, and match top talent with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions and client requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
2. Recruitment Delivery
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, managing scheduling and feedback loops.
- Support the offer process, including salary negotiation and reference checks.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for active and future roles.
3. Client & Candidate Engagement
- Ensure timely updates and communication to candidates, providing a positive candidate experience.
- Support the senior consultant/account manager in maintaining strong client relationships.
- Share insights on candidate market trends with the team.
4. Administrative & Process Compliance
- Keep accurate and updated records on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Generate basic recruitment reports for internal tracking.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 6 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house) with a strong track record in meeting targets for contract and permanent placements
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter) is an advantage.
- Previous success in a 360-recruitment or full-desk role is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business and build strong client relationships.
- Experience in IT recruitment is essential; exposure to non-IT sectors (e.g., Banking, Finance, Engineering, Healthcare, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset with the drive to operate independently and achieve targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
