Job Summary

connect potential clients with us - we handle all sales conversations, pricing, and project delivery. Work remotely with complete flexibility and

Responsibilities

- Identify and refer potential clients (SMEs, startups, entrepreneurs) to Shaminder Technologies by directing them to hello@shaminder.sg

- Notify the Company of referrals with client name and contact details for tracking and communication purposes

- Represent Shaminder Technologies in a professional and ethical manner

- Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by the Company

What We Handle

- All client meetings, negotiations, and pricing

- Project scoping, delivery, and support

Compensation & Benefits

- 30% commission on total project value (uncapped)

- Commission paid within 15 days of receiving full client payment

- Anonymous leaderboard to see your ranking among partners

- Bonus contests and incentive programmes held regularly (apart from standard commission)

- Fully remote, flexible hours - work on your own schedule

Required Competencies

- Ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with business owners

- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset to independently identify opportunities

- Basic understanding of websites and digital solutions (training provided)

- Access to smartphone and reliable internet connection

- Based in Singapore or able to engage the Singapore market effectively

Preferred Qualifications

- Existing network of business contacts, entrepreneurs, or SME owners

- Experience in sales, business development, or networking roles

Agreement Terms

- Independent contractor arrangement (not employment)

- 6-month agreement with renewal option

- Governed by the laws of Singapore
