We are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our HR team based in Singapore. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop and implement human capital strategies that align directly with the group's global mission and vision. You will play a key role in driving the integration of regional HR practices into a cohesive global framework and establishing consistent, high-impact standards across all core HR functions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development and execution of global HR strategy rooted in the company's mission, vision, and long-term objectives.
  • Support senior leadership with insights on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent alignment.
  • Assist in developing and integrating regional HR practices into a consistent, adaptable global framework that respects local compliance and cultural differences.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to help harmonize policies, systems, and approaches across all jurisdictions.
  • Support the establishment and implementation of unified global standards for:
    - Recruitment and talent acquisition
    - Performance management and evaluation systems
    - Compensation, rewards, and recognition programs
    - Career development and promotion pathways
  • Partner with business leaders and HR counterparts globally to ensure strategies are practical, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Participate in global workshops, working groups, and knowledge-sharing platforms to ensure continuous alignment and engagement.
  • Support global HR change initiatives through structured change management practices and transparent stakeholder communication.
  • Contribute to driving cultural alignment across the organization, ensuring HR initiatives support a unified employee experience.
  • Assist in defining metrics and KPIs to evaluate the impact of global HR strategies.
  • Use data insights and employee feedback to help refine programs and improve execution.
  • Any other duties as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Passion for HR and commitment to continuous learning in global HR.
  • Strong interest in working in a multinational, global business environment.
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to organizational development and people initiatives.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in matrixed, multicultural environments.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced global setting.
  • Willingness to undertake business travel, where required for role responsibilities.
