Training & Development Administration
  • Coordinate and administer training programmes, including course registration, scheduling, logistics, and attendance tracking.
  • Maintain training records, learning databases, and training documentation.
  • Support training needs analysis and annual training plans in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Assist with training grant administration and claims where applicable (e.g. SkillsFuture, internal funding).

HR Administration & Operations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR systems, and personnel files.
  • Prepare HR correspondence such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, promotion letters, and resignation acknowledgements.
  • Support payroll processing by providing timely and accurate HR data.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave records, and insurance matters.

Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer preparation.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and system setup.
  • Liaise with hiring managers and external recruiters as required.

Business Partnering Support
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and line managers on HR-related queries.
  • Support line managers on basic HR matters including onboarding, confirmation, performance discussions, and employee engagement.
  • Provide guidance aligned with company policies and employment legislation, escalating complex issues when required.

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience
  • HR Executive: More than 1 year of relevant HR experience.

Skills & Competencies
  • Good understanding of HR operations, training administration, and employment practices.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
  • Familiarity with local employment legislation (e.g. Singapore Employment Act) is a plus.
