about the job

This is an essential role ensuring the continuous availability and performance of critical banking applications through comprehensive technical support.
  • deliver round-the-clock technical assistance for production environments to maintain business continuity.
  • analyze and resolve complex system issues while providing effective temporary solutions to users.
  • oversee the lifecycle of incident tickets and manage defect prioritization for upcoming maintenance cycles.
  • facilitate annual disaster recovery drills and support infrastructure teams with essential server-level updates.
  • coordinate with development teams to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and updated documentation for all new releases.

skills and experience required
  • substantial hands-on experience in supporting enterprise-level CRM platforms and database management.
  • proven ability to manage batch processing and adhere to strict service level agreements within a high-pressure environment.
  • strong analytical mindset for troubleshooting production defects and identifying root causes.
  • excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and provide clear updates on incident resolution.
  • prior experience in financial services or banking technology is highly desirable.
