This position offers the opportunity to provide high-level technical and functional support for core trading platforms within a sophisticated banking environment.

• Lead the identification and resolution of complex system issues while managing end-to-end incident lifecycles.
• Oversee the implementation of operational workflows, ensuring adherence to strict change management and release protocols.

skills and experience required

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on application support experience specifically within the banking or financial services sector.
• Extensive technical proficiency in treasury management systems, including data reporting and messaging workflows.
