About the Role

Join Octomate Staffing as a Recruitment Specialist (TMP) in a technology-driven recruitment environment. You will work closely with both clients and candidates to deliver tailored staffing solutions, leveraging Octomate’s digital tools to streamline recruitment workflows and enhance hiring efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements and recruitment challenges

• Source, engage, and manage candidates across various digital platforms

• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to placement

• Collaborate with technology and HR teams to continuously improve recruitment processes

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Analytical, tech-savvy, and comfortable using digital tools

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and keen to grow in a fast-paced environment

• Available for at least 3 months, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
