- Support the Senior HR Manager in the planning and execution of people strategies that align with evolving business needs.
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including workforce planning, deployment, performance management, organizational change, employee relations and engagement, employee experience, labor relations, talent development, and succession planning.
- Contribute to the review, development, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure alignment with business objectives and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent management, and onboarding activities.
- Advise and support operational leaders in achieving organizational goals through effective people management practices.
- Maintain workforce data and prepare manpower reports and analyses to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in HR policies and practices.
- Track and monitor workforce-related budgets.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline
- 7 years of relevant experience in a HR generalist role
- Strong working knowledge of employment legislation, lawful employment practices, and compliance requirements
- Background in healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar environments is an advantage
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring HR programs, policies, and process improvements
- Broad exposure to HR disciplines including employment law, compensation, performance management, and employee relations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
