Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and integrating diverse roles, including foreign workers; managing work permits (applications, renewals).
  • Payroll & Benefits: Administering timely payroll, managing claims, statutory contributions (e.g., CPF, levies), and employee benefits.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, managing work pass regulations, coordinating mandatory training (safety, certifications), and maintaining health & safety policies.
  • Employee Relations: Handling grievances, disciplinary actions, fostering positive work culture, managing employee records, and promoting engagement.
  • Training & Development: Organizing skills training, certification courses, and performance management.
  • Administrative Support: Overseeing HR documentation, maintaining records, and supporting general office/site operations.
