Talent Acquisition Lead - Technology

Lumina Advisory & Global Search is a boutique executive search and consulting firm partnering with organizations across the technology, financial services, engineering, and corporate sectors.

As we scale our internal capabilities, we are strengthening our in-house Talent Acquisition function to support business growth, workforce planning, and leadership hiring across technology and corporate roles.

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead - Technology to lead and manage end-to-end internal hiring for technology and digital roles. This role supports hiring across multiple markets and requires exposure to regional or international talent acquisition environments.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technology roles, including Software Engineering, Product, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, IT, and Technology Leadership positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and realistic timelines
  • Drive sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, referrals, and talent communities
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from screening through offer and onboarding

Stakeholder & Advisory Partnership
  • Act as a trusted TA partner to business leaders, providing market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and talent availability insights
  • Advise stakeholders on hiring approaches, talent trade-offs, and workforce planning considerations
  • Build strong relationships across departments to support hiring effectiveness

Talent Pipeline & Capability Building
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
  • Support succession planning and future talent needs through ongoing market mapping
  • Contribute to improving TA processes, interview frameworks, and hiring standards

TA Leadership & Mentorship
  • Mentor junior recruiters or TA team members on sourcing, assessment, and stakeholder management
  • Support continuous improvement of internal TA practices and tools

Your Background
  • 6-10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, in-house recruitment, or executive search
  • Experience in supporting regional or international hiring across multiple countries or markets
  • Solid understanding of technology talent markets and hiring trends
  • Exposure to APAC, EMEA, or global technology talent markets is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to partner and work with senior stakeholders across different time zones, cultures and hiring norms
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
