Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, engagement, offers and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
• Support bulk hiring, career talks and recruitment events
• Maintain talent pool databases and recruitment records
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related fields
• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years' experience in HR/Talent Acquisition
• Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, analytical and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Excel and recruitment systems

Location: Sims Avenue (Nearest MRT: Eunos)
Salary Range: Up to SGD$3,800 (commensurate based on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm
