Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance the ServiceNow platform. The role involves close collaboration with business and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions, automate workflows, and build insightful dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, prepare technical designs, and estimate efforts
• Develop & customize ServiceNow modules: ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, ITOM
• Build Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions, Flows, Catalog Items
• Perform data integration, transformation, and validation (ETL)
• Automate operational tasks using Python / Shell / PowerShell / JavaScript
• Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Ensure adherence to ITIL standards, security, and governance
• Maintain documentation, knowledge base, and best practices
• Support BAU and project work across IT Operations tools

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on ServiceNow development & customization
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
• Strong scripting/programming skills
• Exposure to DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Power BI / Kibana / Grafana is a plus

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication & stakeholder management
• Analytical, proactive, and delivery-focused
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

Certifications (Preferred):

• ServiceNow CSA / CAD
